How GAWACODE IT SOLUTIONS handles the personal information you share with us through this website.

LAST UPDATED · OCTOBER 2026

Who we are

GAWACODE IT SOLUTIONS (“GawaCode”, “we”) is a software development company based in the Philippines. We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you send us a project inquiry through the contact form:

  • Name
  • Company (optional)
  • Email address
  • Contact number (optional)
  • Project type
  • The message you write

This website does not use advertising trackers, and it does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Why we use it

We use your details to read and respond to your inquiry, to discuss a possible project with you, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Who can see it

Only people at GawaCode who need to respond to your inquiry. The contact form does not store your details on this website. Submitting it opens an email addressed to gawacodesolution@gmail.com in your own email app, and nothing is sent until you send it. We receive it through our email provider (Gmail), and we use hosting services to operate this website. They may process data only on our behalf. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up on a project discussion. If no project follows, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

How we protect it

We limit access to inquiries, use reputable providers, and transmit data over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects you we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

Be informed

Access
Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correct
Ask us to fix inaccurate or outdated data.
